Now that the weather is finally acting like fall, I can get all of the summer clothes put away into bins for next summer, give-away, or ebay.
Olivia loves drawing & art. I give her all of my “old” scrapbook supplies & let her have fun. The other day she even told me when she grows up she wants to be an art teacher!
While I was trying to get dinner made, the girls decided to run around out front.

The kids were at my mom’s baking cookies. She took pictures. I don’t have them here on my computer so I need to get them from her. I’ll share them next week.

Our 10th wedding anniversary! And did I take any pictures? Of course not! I think I’ll take pictures of our gifts once everything is “fixed”.
The “traditional” 10th anniversary gift is aluminum, so I got David a new softball bat. However, I had no idea what one he really wanted, so I had the girls help me pick out a bat for $20 at Target. Surprisingly, they didn’t pick out pink or purple!
The “modern” gift is diamond jewelry, so David got me a 3-stone “journey” necklace! It’s nice & petite & perfect.

I don’t have a picture today. I had one of the worst days of my life: I had to attend the funeral of a dear friend’s 3 month old daughter. This is her story here. I thought of taking a picture of the cemetery. Instead I’m using the “program” for my photo of the day. I may see about getting a picture of Gracie to add in as well. My journaling for the day is her obituary.
Today at Brandon’s soccer game, Olivia told me her face was freezing so she had to put her hat on her face!
